We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays resulting from uncontrollable circumstances, including adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, shipper transportation failures (such as train derailments, vehicle breakdowns, etc.) or other such acts of God.

If a PO Box address is provided, your order will automatically be shipped via USPS with possible further delays.

 All artwork purchased is non-refundable. If Items are damaged please email a photo of the damage and your order number within 3 days of delivery. If items are lost please email me your order number and I’ll retrieve your tracking number and leave it up to you to contact the shipping company to retrieve a lost package. If unsuccessful, email me the proof you have tried contact the shipping company to retrieve a lost package.

All digital art files are sold under a limited, non-transferable, personal-use license.
By purchasing or downloading any digital artwork from Tanya Szucs Art, you agree to the following:

1. No Resale or Redistribution:
   You may not resell, share, distribute, or otherwise make the file available to any third party, whether for free or for profit.

2. No Commercial Use:
   Digital files may not be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling prints, merchandise, or products featuring the artwork.

3. No Altering or Claiming as Your Own:
   You may not edit, modify, or claim the artwork as your own original creation in any form.

4. Personal Use License Only:
   You may print the artwork for your own personal display or for a one-time gift, but no further reproduction rights are granted.

5. Copyright Retained:
   All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Tanya Szucs Art. No rights are transferred with purchase.
